Yes it’s another small plates restaurant, but no it is absolutely not just another small plates restaurant. It is three floors of simple, stripped back brilliance; characterised by bold flavours, great produce and a really rather delicious drinks menu to boot. 10 Tib Lane is going to be one of those restaurants that is a stalwart of the scene, (fingers crossed) around for decades, held firmly in the memories, hearts and stomachs of all who eat there. Admittedly you’re spoilt for choice if you want a modern British small plate in Manchester, but this one truly deserves a look in.
