Okay first things first, you really do have to be ballin’, or at least very willing to splash the cash, to book dinner at 63 degrees. It would also help to have a passing interest in French cuisine. Yes, there are snails on the menu. There’s also a £45 Wagyu beef burger on the menu if you’re so inclined. In some senses, the team have succeeded in bringing a taste of Paris to Manchester. It’s very French; chic, expensive and ever so slightly aloof. But the food is admittedly excellent and it’s a marvellous place for celebrity spotting, if that’s your thing.
