Okay, we know it’s a crime to mess with the classic carbonara (if you add cream please leave immediately) but for the Pasta Loco team we will make an exception. It’s the original Bianchi’s group site and probably the best. If a pasta dish is ever going to take your breath away, you’ll find it in this spot on Cotham Hill. The ancient art of pasta has been brought into the modern era with a bang and we are so here for it.
