It’s only there that you can feel the heat of the fire on which your dinner is being seared to perfection. The menu has hand written notes and amendments all over it; a sure sign that what you’re eating is as fresh, seasonal and local as it gets. Order a sherry from the carefully crafted list and take a deep breath in. You’re in the hands of Bristol hospitality royalty now, and boy will they look after you.
This is the place for birthday celebrations, promotions, anniversaries, but don’t think you should wait for one of those. Going to Paco Tapas is an occasion in itself.
