The little sibling of the popular Pasture, Parallel swerves the steak to serve up a daily changing menu of small plates. That constant reinvention means it’s hard to tell you about specific dishes, but there are ever-presents we can recommend, like ‘Carrot’ (no, really) and the day’s flatbread. Oh, and anything they do with potatoes. Seats up at the open kitchen counter lend an extra dimension to your meal. But really, how can you not love a menu with a section called ‘Crispy’?
