You’d probably be most likely to sort a rooftop restaurant in one of the rainiest cities in the UK into the former category, but you’d be wrong. Don’t worry, that’s why we’re here. Though the fact they’ve included the words ‘curry vibes’ on their sample menu teeters them perilously close to madness, we would heartily recommend you visit Climat. Especially if you have been known to enjoy a glass of wine with your small plates – their cellar is 400 wines strong. The views are pretty good too – it’s nice to look down on your empire once in a while isn’t it?
