The building that now houses Exhibition used to be home to one of the many, many, many branches of Pizza Express. A few years and one cosmic culinary leap later and it now houses three independent kitchens around a cavernous, industrial hall. Three kitchens serving entirely different cuisines all at the same time and most likely all being delivered to the same table? Shouldn’t work but it does. In fact it more than works. It’s bloody great. Whether you want an eye-rollingly good Spanish tortilla, Scandinavian truffle soy sashimi or Italian meatballs the size of your fist, you’re in the best possible hands. Our recommendation would be to order all of the above and much, much more. Oh and a cocktail – they’re annoyingly good too.
