Expect an approachable take on modern European cooking without pretence from a team who have a quiet confidence about just how good they are. And they are good. One of the best in the city.
Jamie Desogus’ food has always looked forward, but possibly his best dish is a nod to his past. Gnochetti, just like Nonna used to make in Sardinia, dressed in a cheese sauce made from ewes milk and with a little grated cured heart. Unmissable.
