Finally, Solihull town centre has the restaurant it so badly needed. Rob Palmer is a serious chef with Michelin credentials and it shows throughout the menu, with technically astute cooking that rightfully takes itself seriously. His handling of fish is as good as any chef in the city, nowhere more than monkfish, kissed with smoke over the barbecue. The seats on the counter are where you want to be, watching a true master at work.
