If you want your friends to think you are the epitome of cool (we already know you are, you’re here right? But for anyone else…) take them to Bokman. Think underground fairy lit cavern tucked away just off Stokes Croft serving Korean flavours you thought were only possible in your dreams. It’s proper. These guys deserve every accolade in the book, kings of kimchi, masters of marination, and don’t get us started on the Tongdak. To be fair, the Michelin man knew what he was doing when he put Bokman in their little guide. Available on Foodstuff too but you’d be a fool to not go and enjoy the atmosphere in there, no offence.
