It’s impossible to define the cooking here so we wont try, given it skips from Asian to African with a good dose of South American and continental Europe thrown in for good measure. Basically, whatever Dom and the team are in the mood to cook. The brunch is stuff of legend, but truth is we have never had a bad dish here. Caneat might be so laid back its horizontal, but it also feels like it is one national food review away from greatness.
