We shan’t fall into the trap of making a pun on the name – we’re more original than that – but in the short time it has been open, COR has proven itself worthy. It really does elicit such a response. From the outside, it may look like your friendly neighbourhood restaurant but don’t be fooled. What’s going on in the kitchen at COR is serious business. They break moulds like they’re matchsticks.
COR, making eye-rolling-ly good Mediterranean inspired small plates since 2022. And if they’re still around in 2042, you can pretty much guarantee we’ll still be seeking every opportunity to eat there. You should too.
P.S – if they have a specialty margarita on the drinks menu, order it.
