The neon sign reading ‘Fish Sauce Isn’t For Everyone’ is probably a good indicator of what to expect at this neighbourhood hole-in-the-wall. The cooking is Vietnam through and through, with a distinct street food angle – punchy curries and noodle dishes join the signature chicken wings – although we happen to think the turmeric fried fish is the MVP. Add to this a killer playlist and a gutsy natural wine offering, and what you have is a super-cool restaurant knocking out some of the biggest flavours in the city.
