The definition of a destination restaurant, I seriously doubt that anyone has accidentally fallen into the bar of the very tired Wellington hotel expecting great food. The cooking is Indian street food, though the technique is a level up thanks to a chef with real pedigree on his CV. The chilli paneer here might be one of the best dishes in Birmingham.
