Chef Tom Powell, previously at Abergavenny’s The Walnut Tree, makes magic with open fire and smoker. Menus change often but you might find flatbreads with burnt onion butter, a reimagined baked potato with aioli or hanger steak and pepper sauce. They’ll lend you a blanket, too.
