Maray is an explosion of colour on your table and a Middle Eastern party on your palette. Genuinely, the disco cauliflower will have you dancing and the falafel is some of the best we’ve found. Ever. It’s one of those rare restaurants where there isn’t a single dish that lets the side down.
Just as refreshing as their cocktail creations are the wider context in which Maray sits; they’re a carbon neutral operation that looks after their team properly too. We love to see it.
