Musu serves some of the best sushi outside of London. In the UK that is – Barney has yet to make it to Japan. But rest assured we will. World domination, that’s the plan. Where were we? Ah yes, Musu. This sushi is extremely well-read and has its clothes tailor made in Italy. It’s fancy – you might even go as far as a bit posh – but by no means conceited or cold. They age the fish and make the sauces in house and you can watch your dinner being expertly prepared in the open kitchen. Musu is memorable, which is especially good because you’ll only be able to afford to go twice a year. You won’t mind.
