Nell’s is named after the owners’ of this fine establishment’s children, and boy are they going to be proud offspring when they grow up and realise the New York inspired pizza empire their parents have built. It’s odd, because many would argue that New York pizza isn’t usually that inspiring, but Nell’s have planted their flag firmly in the ground that suggests otherwise. Inventive vegan creations seem to come to them as easily as Manchester rain, but omnivores need not sweat – there’s plenty of meat on the menu too. And if you’re as adventurous as we are, you can order six of their best by the slice for pizza tapas. Only confident eaters need apply to this particular challenge though; a slice could satiate even the BFG.
