Nook is everything cosy. At lunch the light floods this little room; at night it’s intimate, cosy and twinkling. ‘Natural wines and small sharing plates’ is the brief here: so, like big sister Kindle, the focus is veg-heavy with meat and fish used sparingly but to good effect. The open kitchen sends out a succession of good things from a menu which changes often but always prioritises whats in season. Order a bunch of things, fill that glass, relax.
