Inspired by the rave culture of Berlin, each kebab is served on pide bread and is treated with the precision of the one-Michelin-starred chef. Flavours are unapologetically big – hot sauces go from hot to arse-rendering atomic – and in the lahmacun topped curly fries they might have the best side-dish in the city. One Star Doner Bar is destined to be one of our most regular haunts.
