This is up there in Barney’s top 10 restaurant names ever. Fortunately the genius behind the name has clearly had a hand in the food too. Expect the very best of vibrant Vietnamese – herbs so fresh they put the Prince of Bel Air to shame, season-defining summer rolls and of course, bowls of pho you’ll wish you could swim in.
Make a reservation or you’ll have to cue to get in. But then again, if you’re not prepared to wait for food this good, well, the name says it all.
