Barney Says
One of the main attractions on this pizza-heavy stretch of Albany and Wellfield Roads has always been Scaramantica. It’s pizza you come here for and pizza you’ll get: any of twenty in fact. You know what to look out for: the tang of the fermented dough base, the air pockets in that blistered rim (paging Dr Barney) and the lack of ‘hang’ in each slice. There’s impressive consistency here.
