When Stuart Deeley won MasterChef The Professionals, we knew we had a chef of exceptional talent in the city. His home is now Smoke, a former outbuilding in the idyllic setting of Hampton Manor, where he cooks unpretentious​ dishes with total precision and a back note of, you guessed it, smoke. The menu changes frequently, but if the dish of langoustines, black pudding and Thai sauce is on, do not miss it under any circumstances. Our tip?
