At £62 for seven courses, the tasting menu at Tare is one of the best for value you’ll find in any of the shipping containers at Wapping Wharf, and possibly the whole of Bristol. Like many of its neighbours, Tare specialises in serving the best of seasonal, local produce from its small home on the harbourside. But the team at Tare care just as much about the drinks as they do the food, so our recommendation would be to go the whole (sustainably-sourced-Somerset-reared-hand-fed) hog and get the drinks pairing too.
