If your idea of a great night is a big smoking plate of meat, a cold pint, and the footie, this is the place for you. If footie isn’t your gig, its okay, you are old enough to face away from the TV screens. The Hen and Chickens is probably the most the famous of Brum’s Desi-pubs because it never put a foot wrong. The chicken tikka is excellent, as is the fish tikka, and the curries are good enough to warrant a side order. The beers are kept in excellent condition, and did we mention the football? You get the idea.
