Barney Says
The Vietnamese know how to do hospitality and whilst it may be some distance from its namesake, The Saigon Kitchen is no exception. Having started off cooking food from their kitchen and selling their dishes online, the team behind The Saigon Kitchen built a loyal following even before opening their much anticipated permanent premises. It’s easy to see why; the food is colourful, bursting with flavour and for those of you lucky enough to have visited – a genuine reminder of Vietnam. If you happen upon The Saigon Kitchen on a Sunday you’re in luck. It’s the only day they serve pho, the Vietnamese noodle soup which may well be the elixir of life. Not to be missed.
